I’ve known Megan’s family since Megan was 8 years old. She was almost like a little sister to me. It’s been just under 2 years, and I still can’t believe this happened!
Please provide justice for this grieving family and all of Megan’s friends by issuing the maximum sentence.

He has had enough special treatment and benefits!!! It is time for Megan to get some justice!!! Ogle County has the worst court system. They let Megan and her family down by even allowing this plea bargain to go through. Morgan murdered Megan, plain and simple! It was his decision to drink and drive a boat BUT Megan wasn't given a choice! He took her life without a second thought! MAXIMUM PENALTY ALL THE WAY!!!

Anybody else would have been thrown in jail and the key would have gone with it. Why is the man any different. He killed and was under alcohol. 5 years if you kill while driving a car Unfair justice system

I am disgusted that this mongrel took a life and because of his family name, he's getting a SLAP on the hand. He at LEAST needs to see the inside of a prison and get the maximum possible sentence for the EXTREMELY light conviction he received.
Maximum 3 years in jail.
