The city should have not built that rite aid in that location if they are going to try and shut down other businesses around

I know alejo for a long time and I could say he is the best tire man in town ... that's why he's place is full of customers. . Not like the other business. .

I am from the area and agree that the business should be well compensated to lose the property or let it remain where is 20 years in business is a long time of struggles hard times and Good Times so I will to pay the men fairly or let his business remain thank you

Isn't there an empty lot across from the tire shop? That what it shows on google maps . Im guessing McFarland doesn't need to take that away from anyone as its empty. Maybe they will charge for parking now to make income for city? Or maybe someone in committee might own the other tire shops in town to get rid of competition? I live in Delano and it's good to have many tire shops . Depending of what I need is where I will go for my tire needs . My 2 cents on the matter.
