Charges need to be made, Mat is wonderful soft hearted man. And I shall stand up and fight, the wife and man that dis this need murder charges hands down , it's a public street anyone may park there, I only wish they would of picked on me and my man. Sorry this is BS I read the story I saw the news . Shame $150 fine for murder really.
