This is not right people get years for just seein a murder but when these to commit it they get a 150 dallor fine thats not right at all so what if they pled guilty to the other charge but thats what caused his death and it must be delt with

Sadly enough that this poor man is dying. However when the event happened BOTH men claimed accountability and were BOTH charged with assault. This has Nothing to do with bullying.
ALL of you need the facts from the police before you need to place judgement. Mr Mateo also refused medical treatment at the time of the incident as he told the paramedics that he was fine. It could very well be the other party this is happening to. STOP judging until you have the true facts and not some crap from a news outlet that had the majority of the facts wrong and has already been contacted about the facts.

Which is what your comment also says. So with that being said....Do you know Mr. Martinez? Do you know his generousity, do you know his greatness to the community, do you know that he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Also did you know that Mr. Martinez is also Disabled and has artifical shoulders, so he would not have started a fight, and he would not have been able to defend himself very well. Did you also know that his 8 yr old daughter was sitting in the truck watching what Mr. Glaze was doing to her daddy? Do you realize that these people robbed this child of her father? So what you are saying is that the Ault Police LIED in their Police Report! Correct? Shame on them! That is ILLEGAL for them to lie in their Police Report, so should the Martinez family also prosecute them? I am just sayin. Since I have seen this story, I decided to look somethings up. Matt is a wonderful guy he would do anything for anyone, always had a smile full of life, the couple that did this should of walk across the street and paid to watch the game just like Matt was, This is a sad story and JUSTICES NEEDS TO BE SERVED, my prayers go out to the family.

Not right to be acceptant of murder, it's taking its time but it's not far away. Something needs to be done, you can't condone the crime because of their age or any reason your going off of. Double jeopardy is a joke like the couple that did this.
