Frank, thank you for your comment, we do no know at this point what charges will be filed if any! The District Attorney is still investigating the case and may or may not press charges. This is one of the reasons I have this Petition going. I have vowed to Fight for justice until I take my last breath! We appreciate your warm thoughts regarding Mateo! Thank you! In my opinion this couple needs to get charged with some sort of murder charges really this poor man is in this condition because of parking on a public road ,not personal property.

I'm so sorry for you guys. Your father was a great man, and I hope that the two violent people who hurt your father are brought to justice. It's a shame that they would start a fight over something so minuscule, and in turn, may be taking a mans life. They are true scum and I hope you get to see at least some justice.
