It's time this government clamped down and addressed driving standards.

This underlines my belief that the CPS are idiots.

Hoping the CPS see sense and realise the legal process is more than a profit/loss balancing exercise

There is no justice in this NONE....The man was a habitual speeder. Yet not even a slap on the wrist for that. Martha deserves justice. Martha's family really need our support. Not only is the matter been dropped, what the police are keeping quiet, is that the speed limits for ALL A roads is going to be increased next year. Please don't let Martha's loss become just a number..... Hugs to each member of Martha's family. x

The law allows 10% leeway on speeding, the driver should be charged.

We've all broken the speed limit. Why do we as a society always start baying for someone's blood. Yes he was over the speed limit but only by a little. Would she be alive if he had been doing 40? Will prosecuting him bring her back? This man has to live with what he's done and I imagine that must be pretty horrendous. It was a terrible accident. Tragic and heartbreaking but an accident all the same.

Im sorry for your loss but He was doing 47 in a 60. Yes he was doing 7mph over wat a lorry should do but he was still 13mph under wat a car or a 4x4 would have been doing.. it could have been anyone off us driving at that point..its not the drivers fault it was just a tradgic accident..
