He should at least be served with a speeding offence and have to undergo a speed awareness course and maybe a re-test.Some Lorry drivers are all to quick to do over the speed limit.

what not put something in lorries cars to prevent such speeds...also prevent from using phones in cars.

i think its sick that there isnt going to be a trial , if that was any of my kids i would be out for blood, and only over the speed limit a little? what so laws are made to be broken now are they? he killed her, so should go to trial as if it was murder , because it is murder without intent. yes he has to live with it and no going wouldnt of saved her life but as said it is still manslaughter
