I think this is disgusting that they won't prosecute especially as he is a perpetual speeder! We want justice for Martha !!!!!

This guy was breaking the speed limit. The book should be thrown at him. Speed limits are there for a reason. He not only broke the speed limit,he took a young life. For that he should pay.

If this was my daughter i would want justice. The speed restrictions are there for a reason, the driver broke the law and should face the penalties.
