a law is a law and should be upheld, its bad enough losing a daughter, but to know that her life is deemed to be "not worth the paperwork etc" is unbelievable.

martha's life is worth more than the money to bring this speedingn lorry driver to trial and for her young lifes sake and for the awareness it will raise especially among lorry drivers it has to be done and this petition should not be necessary nor should the extra pain it causes martha's mama and family .

im pretty certain he should be charged with death by reckless driving, i cant believe this country i went to prison for abh and he kill a child!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and gets away with it!!!!!!!!!! bloody wrong!!!!!!!!!

It's a disgrace that money is more important than right and wrong. The CPS are basically prioritising crime. It's all wrong.
