Mark is the sweetest person you could to wish to meet. He is caring and selfless. Sainsburys manAgement, I believe you really need to think how you have gone about this case, it's appalling . Shame on the managers at New Cross Gate. Have not shopped there since.

I've seen customers being highly abusive to him and two other member of staff with disabilities and they've reacted with calm and dignity. Mark maybe slower than other members of staff but if you take the time with him he's always helpful and interested. Sainsbury need to understand there are always people out there who will deliberately be rude and antagonistic to anyone with a disability and are more likely to make a complaint about them. We in the community feel it sainsbury duty to provide supportive working conditions for all members of its staff.

I would always choose to go to the checkout Mark was operating as, in the many years I have shopped at Sainsbury's in New Cross, he has always been kind, cheerful and efficient. Can't imagine why this situation has occurred but unless he gets his job back, should he want it, I won't be shopping at your store again.

Obviously I don't know the reason Mark was sacked, but as a customer I always chose to go to his aisle, because of his cheery , friendly welcome

I have always found him a very friendly & pleasant cashier. In fact I often choose to go to his till over others. I hope this matter is investigated properly as I'm sure it must be a misunderstanding.

Mark has been a consistently polite, helpful and friendly assistant in your store. I'm appalled and disappointed with Sainsbury's at New Cross.

I work as a special needs work experience coordinator and a regular shopper at New Cross Gate Sainsburys, this breaks my heart. Poor form Sainsburys.

I no longer live in the area but for about 11 years that was my local Sainsbury's and I remember Mark well. He was always pleasant and did his job well, in fact I would usually choose his till if he was there. I hope this gets resolved.

I have been served many many times by this guy, he's always polite, helpful and chatty. He's even chatted to the baby's I have in the trolley to keep them happy while I pack as he scans my goods. If you want to sack folks the try some of your management team who if you ask a question just go get one of the floor staff to sort it or just tell you to email your complaint or request as to why goods are no longer on their shelves. BRING BACK MARK ,,,,,,
