Manisha Valmiki, a 19year old Dalit girl from UP had been raped and tortured brutally on September 14th by 4 men from the so called upper caste of the society. The young girl finally succumbed to the injuries. The police and the administration cremated the dead body of the victim against the wish of her family members. In all the videos shot by the media personnel, one can only spot the arrogance and goon-like attitude of the policemen and other authorities. They can be seen threatening the victim's family or chasing the media that is attempting to interact with Manisha's family. It's the call of the hour now. We all should get together and do whatever we can from our side so that there is an end to such heinous crimes in the society

Seeing the momentum grow like this is honestly overwhelming because I keep thinking about what that family is going through while all this noise is happening. It hits me sometimes that we actually started something here although I have no idea how we turn this anger into the justice she deserves.

Insertion of Humanity in human is very much essential now, back in Ramayana even the vile king of Lanka Ravana did not touch Sota until he had her concent .
I deeply condemn this brutal inhuman act and I strongly want that the criminals should get the highest punishment.
I want proper justice.
Nothing to say just praying to God that each and ever gender must be compassionate, understanding & kind to each other.

India is the biggest democracy with the largest constitution and the highest number of amendments . Despite of which,why does it take so long to provide justice? So long to find out the truth? Has democracy,justice and equality been limited into the pages of school books ?
