Lobby for a new law to be passed to prosecute Owners for dog on dog attacks.

Enough is enough ....... too many aggressive dogs owned by people who cannot or don't know how to train or control them !!

I work with dogs and have been attacked by more yorkies than all of these 'dangerous' breeds that are banned. A complete overhaul and re-assessing of the law on dogs and their owners is what's needed. Not just a "put a muzzle on your dog if it's aggressive", but stricter preventative measures such as compulsary training and even licensing!! Children die at the hands of irresponsible dog owners!

Its disgusting how many dogs are being attacked by other dogs left to walk around on there own or off lead with there owners there should be a law that all dogs should be walked with there owners and on a lead if they attack im lucky i still have my dog after he was attacked by a staffie who was left to walk the street and is known to be dangerous now my dog wont trust other dogs after being attacked as a young pup RIP Magic gone to soon

It's not the dogs' fault - it's the owners and they need to be made accountable!!!

We need to do something to help to stop or at least reduce this problem. It must be so distressing for the dogs and their owners.

We need to have some sort of law in place to make dog owners responsible for their pets. Dogs should be kept on a lead when out in public.

Owners should be prosecuted if their animals attack other defenceless dogs

Let's hope and pray that people can be made accountable and take responsibility for their dogs.

All owners of vicious dogs that attack should face prosecution and made to pay all costs to others if their dogs are attacked

When death is the result of negligence there needs to be meaningful consequences for the owners.

One of my dogs was the victim of a dog attack, luckily he was not hurt but it has given him fear aggression. Dog owners MUST be responsible and keep their dogs under control at all times. There should be a high penalty for owners who allow their dogs to attack people or dogs. It should be a crime not just a dog thing.
