this lady needs more then just a traffic ticket. she was on her phone with no license and almost killed someone innocent. A traffic ticket is not even close to what she deserves.

she need to be charged and punished to the full extent of the law. if a teenager would have been the driver he would be in jail. just because the woman is 52 years old dosen't mean she can get away will hurting a child. she cant follow the laws of driving take her licence. it may sound mean but i say take her freedom it's only fair. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED!

This just sickens my heart. Justice needs to made for this little girl. A ticket she should be behind bars and charged this little girl is suffering and the family for the driver not be licensed and then on a phone.... my heart goes out to this family and my prayers,,,,,,,,,

a ticket is not justified this little girl is suffering and hurting from this driver. The driver should be behind bars and put to trial for this accident. Resitution for all the hospital bills,pain and suffering . Just a ticket that mkes me sick inside. Shame on L
