That's ridiculous! A slap in the face. They gave the driver a ticket and sent her on her way.. Unbelievable! I say you sue her civilly. She needs to pay legally and financially for what she did.

This story is heartbreaking and this woman deserves far more being that she was taking I get phone and driving on a suspended licence. bring that she was too impatient to wait while he car allowed the girls where crossing. I have gone through now over s fix it ticket. this woman broke several laws and a seven year old girls little body. She deserves more then a ticket!!
