The new law should be applied to those who were affected by it previously. Grant relief to them as well!

I might be one of them myself. I served 20 years on an 8to Life sentence. I was released from anything to do with Parole as of 2015. I don’t owe them anything at all.
However, I still can’t vote! I still have a hard time getting a job. Etc.
