My Aunt was murdered in cold blood in 1999 by a drug-dealer named Elbert Sims in Jemison, Alabama. He recevied a 30 year sentence, but has only served half that time. I want to see him remain incarcerated for the gruesome crime that he committed against a very beautiful person that has 3 beautiful children that they will never fully know. He still has the rest of his life.
