Friends of facebook and all over the world.. We need your help.. Josh Crowley was killed by a hit and run driver on April 7 2012. Walking home that night after a fight at a Union County party he was struck by a silver vehicle and killed.His body was found by sheriff’s deputies early that Sunday. Crowley had walked about 1.8 miles from the party when he was struck. A couple was driving behind the silver Lexus when it hit Crowley.They saw the Lexus hit something – they initially thought it was a deer – and told investigators the driver of the Lexus pulled over to check the front of the vehicle. The couple drove by the site Sunday morning, saw the police activity and decided to stop and tell police what they’d seen. A Tip led them later to a silver Lexus SUV with extensive front-end damage.the vehicle involved in Crowley’s death. The owner reported a female family member was driving his car that night. Highway Patrol investigators still have not talked to the driver who hit and killed Josh Crowley walking home from a party, one month after his death.said since she got an attorney they haven't been able to question her. However, investigators say that conversation isn’t necessary to charge the driver because there are several points that can be proved and it is clear the driver broke laws. what kind of crime occurred ? A fatal hit-and-run or a homicide . Sgt. M.R. Leach ( one off the investigators ) wouldn’t say why Crowley left on foot. Or whether Crowley or the woman responsible for his death was involved in the altercation at the party on Antioch Church Road in Matthews. The police know who killed him and have yet to even question her regarding hitting him and leaving him to die on the side of the road alone. His birthday is Sunday, July 1st and he didn't live to see his 23rd birthday due to her actions. Family and friends cant move on and mourn over his death with all these questions unanswered...this is so unfair...so wrong.... We want justice...We cannot let his death go unquestioned and unpunished.... 1) Why are you not pursuing charges against the individual who struck and killed Joshua Crowley in April of 2012? 2) Does this individuals standing within the community and financial well being influence your decision? 3) Is Joshua's sexual orientation causing your office to 'drag it's feet' in even questioning the individual who killed him? 4) Are you aware that this is infact an election year and this investigation is being watched closely by the public? 5) When will there be justice for Joshua Crowley?
