Justice was certainly not done in this case - the driver should have been given a larger sentence for what she has put Josh through.

2 year suspended sentence? Nowhere near enough punishment for the injuries and psychological damage Josh has suffered. Needs reviewing, that driver could have had her kids in the car, they could have been injured or killed.

I think that is discusting the sentence she got shouldn't of been so light as that now that poor boy has got to live with it and is suffering from she she has done should of been an harder sentence
