The sentence was terrible, the difference between killing someone and injuring them is so slim, yet justice is so far apart. We need to send a message to anyone driving with drugs in their system, it's unacceptable. I hope you get some true justice.

Drug abuse during driving should be taken just as seriously as consuming alcohol and driving. Are her children being monitored by social services?

What would she have done if it had been one of her children and if her story was true whY wasn't she having Police protection she should never have got into a car not first time she hit someone

Surely her kids would be better off if she was locked up. This is a totally unbelievable situation she should never have walked away from this without a custodial sentence

This woman should be behind bars for driving a car whilst under the influence of huge drug intake. It is a serious offence to drive whilst under the influence of drugs and a prison sentence would have reflected the terrible trauma she had put Josh and his family through. .

I'm sorry but if you get behind the wheel of a car in that state then you're liable for the consequences

There should be a re trial as I totally disagree with outcome, this has given the woman in question to go forth and do similar, she will not learn right from wrong with the decision made!!!
