If this person had caused lesser injury through use of a knife she would have faced immediate jail. Why does wreckless behaviour causing grievous injury undertaken in a car any less of a crime?

This sentence is no deterrent to anyone else who is even thinking of driving whilst under the influence of drugs. It's a disgrace. It's also a pity she didn't think of her kids when she chose to fill her body with drugs then get In her car! Why should the judge take that into account when she failed to!

Anyone who causes an accident through drink, drugs or neglecting to naintain a vehicle to a roadworthy condition should go to prison.

I am fully behind this. That woman should not be walking the streets after what she did. I don't think she even realizes what she's caused or what pain josh has to go through on a daily basis. I hope enough people sign this so she finally gets what she deserves. Get well soon Josh

The fact she made the desicion to drive when high on drugs should have been enough for a jail term. Not fair and not right that she got away virtually scot free and you live with the consequences.

Appallingly lenient sentence for this crime..was she thinking about her kids when going out driving ?..who was looking after them ? Utter madness; should never be allowed behind a wheel again..

All this happened a stones throw from a police station that's been closed down and a hospital that's threatened with closure and then goes in front of a judge who believes fairy stories. Good luck Josh.

Please help Josh get Justice, this person should go to prison regardless of whether they have children, they should serve their time and face their punishment else next time it could be my daughter or your son who they knock down or even kill!!! They shouldn't get away with it!!!
