It is not right that police have to be triger happy when this young man had his hands up and had NO WEAPON AT ALL he didn’t deserve to be shot I think police should be punished for shooting innocent people for no reason at all It is EVIL and SO SAD

He was running with his hands up!! He should not have been shot. ESPECIALLY CONTINUING TO SHOOT HIM WHILE HES ON THE GROUND BLEEDING OUT. It was overkill! Jesse deserved better. #JUSTICEFORJESSE
