This is beyond disgust what the PPD did utterly sickening. So much hurt and sadness as his family has to sit here and go through this... I hope this so called Deputy is sitting at home

In the video it looks like he was running at the officer but its obvious he was running from other officers and trying to hide which does not consitute the right to kill him! His hands were up not pointing a gun at anyone!
