What breaks my heart the most is you can see where his hands were. He was not armed he was an kid who made poor decision, that didn't not mean his life should end

There was a lot of mistakes made that day Jesse made a mistake but it has no warrant for the Police officer to shot him 13 times and not to render aid, not one officer tried to do CPR to save this poor kid what a shame they were Judge and Jury for this poor 20yrl Kid

This was an extreme show of force that ended up in ending a good mans life, It's time to start executing the police that did it.

Too many of these "Officers" are quick to pull their guns and shoot to kill. My step son was killed November 23, 2019 in his home. 40 + bullets were shot by a total of 4 Pueblo Police department officers. Within hours of the shooting they released a statement saying he had an air gun pellet gun. They had months to prove through their own body came that he was armed. They have yet to do so. What happened to this young soul is outrageous and disgusting. As a woman with a masters degree in criminal justice I find these officers to be poorly trained. What happened to the cardboard cutouts at the police academy? Did the "Bad guy" cut puts get replaced with unarmed innocent lives? Perhaps the city of Pueblo and the Pueblo police department think that the citizens of Colorado will continue to turn a blind eye to what is happening in "their town". But they're wrong. You can't continue to accept these inexcusable behaviours from undertrained officers and their commanders in chief. Turn all the cases where an officer has been involved over to another department. Clean up your department Pueblo. So no more of our children/ residents are slaughtered in your streets.

I seen the video many times and you can see he had his hand up no reason to shoot him that many times they could of tazed him or use pepper spray and it's not right at all....I feel that the police could of did those ways but not shoot
