Time for change, it's a disgrace what some companies still get away with! I've worked in the construction industry and oil & gas. Every company I worked for pretended to have safety measures in place. The policies were in the manuals but nobody followed the procedures! EVER
forcing employees to do work in unsafe conditions should be illegal.
Please. We have to support our injured workers. Both emotionally and financially. Don't whomp out on us. You work for us!
