Jason Spence was gunned down on the 13th November 2002 and sadly lost his life, the perpetrators have never been brought to justice and the police have closed the case and we are being told to move on with out lives. We have been let down by the police as a family, told the case is not being re opened even though there is vital evidence and witness accounts that could help solve this murder.
