Improved Sentences for Animal Abusers Campaign (I.S.A.A.C) was started to stop the abuse of animals and to make those who abuse animals serve tougher and longer sentences. The person who murdered Issac must be brought to Justice by the South Yorkshire Police. Let's act together in Issac's memory.
This is Issac. Issac was murdered. Issac was stolen from a garden in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. He was beaten,tortured and then set on fire. This innocent, beautiful animal had no chance again the evil that did this to him. All animals have the right to be loved, play free and not feel the pain that Isaac felt.
THIS HAS TO STOP. There were many people that loved and cared for Isaac. And we still do. We have tosucceedin this to make sure that Isaac's name and legacy is not in vain. We need 10,000 signatures so that the government will take notice.

As a society we have to show these cruel sickos that their crimes will be adequately and appropriately punished. A slap on the wrist or a suspended sentence is not enough. They generally go on to abuse children and vulnerable members of society as well. Make it stop. Now.
We were there where this little might had his legs broken so he could not get away abd then set on fire this petition needs to go viral because the low lufe scum bag is still walking the streets he's a psychopath and next time it could be one of our kids.
I support several animal charities as I am strong believer that we must be the voices for animals. We are def their biggest threat and yet their only hope. I'm happy to be with you guys to stop animal abuse and neglect.
How can such an abominable act of sheer and utter torture go unpunished? Secure evidence and deliver the toughest possible sentence to the sadistic evil perpetrator of this murder. Britain after all is not supposed to resemble a 'developing country.' Appalling.
Sentences for animal cruelty are far too short. Lots of people regard their pets like they would their own children, so the effect on them if they lose their pet through some thug getting his "kicks" can be very hard. Punishment should be harsher to reflect this.

Something has got to be done in this country to end this suffering of animals . What this little chap must have gone through I cannot even begin to imagine. This person must be punished for the terror, pain and hurt he has caused.
