What's occurred is absolutely inhumane. Surrendering a license is NOT good enough. Charge this horrible excuse of a woman to the full extent of the law.

THEY NEED TO BE CHARGED with animal cruelty (for each animal), pay restitution, register as “animal abusers” and NEVER BE ABLE TO OWN or BE IN THE PRESENCE OF AN ANIMAL!!!

I bought a puppy from Andrea. My puppy had worms pouring out of her anus, diarrhea, vomiting. She was itty bitty, no bone mass as a Berner should have. We kept going to the vet for the next four months. One year later she got a clean bill of health.

Animal cruelty like this can not be tolerated at all. Please make sure they can not do this again to any animal. Leaving them with some dogs will just mean they can do it all over again.

Disguisted that the ‘punishment’ for such gross neglect and abuse is only to hand over the animals. There is no deterrent to do this over again, or for others to take inspiration. No justice for the animals, and ongoing worries for the animals they could keep!

Disband puppy mills. You are aware of this situation and the public fact that the animals were NOT cared for. Hence you cannot justify leaving ANY animals at the address in question. AND YOU CANNOT issue a new licence to someone who has violated animals as they were.
