all animals are worth saving. People that abuse them should get arrested and put in jail and pay a big fine along with probation when the get out of jail.

I am a Dog Control Officer in the state of New York. I have fought for the rights of animals for over 17 years, and I am a multiple pet owner, dogs, cats, horses and parrots! Every time I think I have seen the worst that I can possibly see someone comes along and tops it. Our state Dept of Ag and markets says that a dog requires food, water and shelter. There are no laws against them being covered in feces and laying in urine: So I ask......would you have a voice if you saw this kind of treatment? I know that I would and so do all the others who are signing their names to this petition! Animal cruelty is cruelty at its lowest, for they have no voice, so we are asking YOU to be their voice. Please, Sir, be their voice!
