I have know Franciso since I was little and my sister and I use to play with him sometimes casually without a worry. He is such a caring and sweet person. It's a total shock to me and my sister that sweet Francisco turned to this. I just hope it doesn't ruin his young life because of this.

I know Francisco growing up he is a good boy and played with my two daughters, when we were neighbors in Florida, he was happy and gently boy and get along with my daughters, and he was very respectfully.

I have known pachi since high school. His a a good guy who wouldnt hurt nobody. Hearing all this is about him raping someone is absurd. I know he is innocent and he deserves justice.

I have known Francisco Hurtado for over 5 years. I know him to be a God fearing young man who was brought up with morals and family values. Francisco is smart and hard working. He has been caring for his ill father and working 2 jobs to make ends meet. In this day and age little girls act and dress like woman. They are in such a hurry to grow up but real woman do not have relations with a man and then wait 3 months to decide it was RAPE! Not to mention the insult it must be for woman in this world who have really gone through the horrible act of being sexually assaulted. Most woman can think of a time when they regretted a sexual encounter with a man but this is called a learning experience NOT rape. I pray that justice will be served and Francisco will be found innocent of this crime.
