To me it is straightforward. Wait until the appeal process is exhausted - either when 1) BDO fails to appeal or are refused leave to appeal or 2) the Supreme Court rejects any appeal. Then RFC (in liquidation) should have every one of their results during the period when EBTs were misused recorded as 0-3 defeats. They deliberately failed to properly register their employees' contracts with the football authorities. Important documentation was deliberately withheld. This was done on an industrial scale over a lengthy period of time. If RFC did not win any points during that period then it follows that they did not win any titles. It is a natural consequence that titles should be stripped. It is crystal clear.

Take the whole kit and cuboddle back into the hands of the receiver and make him sell it for the proper going rate to pay back the taxes stolen by SIR david murray and his cheating shower of rogues, and then take back the most ridiculous knighthood ever given out by her maj.

They played for the best part of a 11 year period with players who were incorrectly registered with the member association. In any other country there would be no issue, its not a question of sporting advantage, it is a point of breaking the laws of the association which we know generally results in a 3-0 award for the opposition for any match in which an incorrectly registered player has played. The titles should be stripped. An asterix should be put beside each one as a reminder of what happens when cheating catches up with you. I was a paying punter for that whole period and what I was watching was a rigged competition sanctioned by the association. If the association and its member clubs do not push for this then they put their own future in doubt that they would sanction one clubs interest (and cheating) above all others.
