Police report said he was moved from passenger seat to drivers side and they didn't call Law officers for over an Hr and the Prosecutor was given an envelope with facts and he never opened it!!!!!!! My Grandson graduated with him and His mother grew up 3 houses south of me. This is a grave mistake of justice and charges should be refiled and made to have a speedy trial not delayed by The Kaplan family again!!!!!

If the family of James Dupler, the residents of Boone County, Indiana and the residents of the State of Indiana are deprived of the right to have this case decided by a jury, it would be a gross miscarriage of justice. Prosecutors are not elected to only try easy cases but are elected to seek justice for the victims and their constituents. I am a Boone County, Indiana resident and attorney and I implore the Boone County Prosecutor to do the right thing and pursue Justice for James!
