This NEEDS to be investigated.

As a long time and close friend of James Dupler, I couldn't be more upset with how this case has somehow fallen to deaf ears. I’ve seen and felt the pain and frustration of losing a dear friend in the faces of all my peers. The fact that after 3 long years and delay after delay the case has somehow been dismissed not 2 weeks before trial is appalling.

I respectfully request that the elected prosecutor re-review the evidence in this case to determine whether charges should be re-filed against the defendant in the interests of justice for the Dupler family and the Zionsville community.
