This is truly an injustice and sad that a parent would not make their child own up to their mistakes

Please reinstate these charges, and let his peers, our peers, the people decide. Be brave, be courageous and do the right thing.

Dropping these charges, is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!

My family has lived in Boone County for years and are absolutely outraged that these charges have been dropped. I went to school with James, he was an amazing person and deserves justice.

The Dupler's are an amazing family. All options should be explored.

I am a past resident of Boone County and went to Middle and High School with James. This gross miscarriage of justice for the Dupler family and the Zionsville community is horrendous and unacceptable.

As a former classmate of James, it is my sincere hope that this injustice is corrected in order to bring peace to the Dupler family and honor the memory of this bright young man.

He, his family and friends deserve a fair trial. From a concerned Boone County voting resident. How can our justice system dismiss such a case without ever hearing the case. Very disappointing!

This case absolutely deserves to be heard to the FULLEST. As a Boone County resident, please continue the trial!

I was roommates with Jack my freshman year at Ball State and considered him a friend at the time. Nevertheless, Jack should be held responsible for his actions.

An injustice was done and it needs to be rectified! Who’s getting paid under the table?
