Throwing out a case without transparency seems extremely suspect. If not willing to reopen the case at least attempt to explain to the public more than has been done. The trust of the public is wavering. It appears that not all people are tried equally at this time in our town. Small town.

Absolutely heartbreaking. We are to trust in our justice system and this takes our society 100 steps backwards. Sickening that all the evidence proves the truth. I pray for justice!

I urge the Boone County Prosecutor Office along with the Boone County Sheriff to re-open this case. This is young man that died due to the negligence of the actual driver deserves to have his name cleared. The actual driver along with his Father should be prosecuted.

So sad that only one person has a voice in this case and it's not James Dupler. Definition of malfeasance - intentional conduct that is wrongful or unlawful.
