he did it. he is a horrible person, caused harm to many people. his family manipules situations in their favor using money. james was a wonderful person, and jack kaplan deserves HEAVY jail time.

I am a Boone County resident and went to high school with Dupler! I’m hoping these records are mistaken and the alleged at fault family didn’t pay off our court system for such a cut and dry case.

I went to Zionsville High School and was several years older than James and Jack. My younger brother was friends with James and I remember how hard his death was on him. I can only imagine how much harder it was on James's family and his closest friends. He, or anyone in any similar situation for that matter, deserve better than for such a case to just be dismissed several years later when people have seemingly forgotten about the tragedy. Those parties involved need to be made accountable for their poor decisions.

Dear Kent Eastwood and the Boone County Prosecutor's Office,
I was dismayed to hear about your office dropping charges in the case of the State of Indiana vs. Jack H. Kaplan. It is my belief that the overwhelming weight of evidence points to a guilty verdict for the defendant. It is imperative that our legal system upholds the strict standards that it has set for itself and gives a jury the opportunity to see the evidence for itself and determine whether they want to issue a guilty or not guilty verdict.
As a Boone County resident it is my duty to push for the Justice that James deserves.
