I am a lifetime Boone County resident and ask that you allow Jack Kaplan to be judged by a jury of his peers after listening to the evidence and science produced by both parties. This is the very least we can do for James and the Dupler family and is what the justice system of this country is designed to do.

commented multiple times, but i saw in another post it was imperative i say that i’m a boone county resident if i am. i am a boone county resident, went to school with james, and lived in this community for 14 out of the 24 years of my life. charges needs to be reinstated, dupler and his family deserve justice.

I am a resident of Boone County and very aware of this accident and the horrific acts of the Kaplan’s to cover their actions! Charges should NOT be dropped but absolutely be reinstated and justice served! How can people live with themselves with blood on their hands allowing a young mans life to end only thinking of themselves! Just disgusting and what is wrong with our justice department to allow this to happen⁉️Shame on them… on all of them‼️ In this instance Karma hasn’t come fast enough‼️My truest condolences…☮️

I lived in Boone County for more than 9 years, and I was so incredibly blessed to have a best friend like James. He had so much life to live, and he deserves justice.

This is soooo sad for the Dupler family. They deserve to have justice for their son, especially him not getting medical attention right away. They deserve a fair trial for their son. This has gone on way too long.
