My favorite class, favorite teacher. Odd human being/quirky but has a good heart and wants to be there. Wants to teach students what he is passionate about. I didn’t get that experience from 90% of my other teachers.

Mr. Scott was one of the most influential teachers of my education and his lessons are ones I have carried with me through my life. His removal from a teaching environment would be a disservice to students and the school board. He inspires a love of and curiosity for the world around us. He is being punished for his ethics and for not adjusting a students grades when they were not earned. What lesson is this board teaching by removing him from the classroom? That bullies will win if they push enough people. I urge the board to stand with Mr. Scott and keep him in the classroom. His teaching techniques are vital to engaging with hard to reach students and the positive impact he has is far reaching. Please do not remove such a dedicated and valuable teacher from the classroom. Thank you.

Mr. Scott is a truly exceptional teacher. Though he was a teacher of mine nearly ten years ago, I still feel the impact of his teachings to this day. Never have I met an individual so passionate about protecting our planet through education. For him to lose his credential and career would be a tragedy.

Mr. Scott was one of the best teachers I've ever had. His passion for science is unmatched, and his hands on approach to learning not only made class more interesting, it made lessons memorable and engaging. He treated us with respect not just as students but as humans. It would be an incredible loss to CPHS and all future students to let him go.

He is a great awesome teacher. He loves working with student and actually teaching student where they can understand the class. A awesome teacher shouldn’t get fired. He see’s the future in these students that is what a teacher should be seeing in kids

Mr Scott was the first science teacher ive ever had that made science as fun as it should be. Just say youre firing him cause the district and office staff have always had it out for him and go.

Mr. Scott was my biology teacher in high school over 20 years ago. I still remember his energy, excitement for science, and the lessons I was captivated by. He would be an incredible loss for this district.
