The relationship between owner and handler depends upon both legal documents and trust. This handler has violated both. She needs to be sanctioned, suspended as a handler and any breeding/registering rights removed.

AKC as a club, is not above following through on a court judgment. AKC has suspended exhibitors for lesser actions than falsifying documents, thus Nickie Hertzog should be suspended from all AKC privileges.
