This is an atrocity- this handlers behavior- theft, forgery, attempted theft, plus other acts of misconduct and unsportsmanlike behavior. What exactly does it take for AKC to do something about it? You have the proof, now it is time for you to act!!

All Nickie Hertzog had to do was put Diva on the plane May 2016. Her actions, deceit, forgeries are dispicable enough. But to intentionally keep a dog that was bred/owned by Debi is reprehensible. To even disregard the judgement by a court of law in Debi's favor or ignore the fact that the dogs are registered in Debi's name by the AKC is beyond any understanding. People have been suspended & fined for far lesser things. 40 days after a court judgement was rendered & Hertzog still hasn't returned Debi's dog is nothing more than dog theft. This isn't what is in the best interest of the fancy or dog shows in general.
The AKC must suspend Nickie Hertzog and impose a supension of all privileges.
