If the dog died in you possession? You are liable.
Pay they.
Either way show proof of dogs death or prove it is alive.
Give it back & pay damages!

AKC needs to quit hiding behind their cowardly rhetoric AND DO THE RIGHT THING. Severely Sanction Nicki Hertzog..Get this unethical thief OUT of our dog events! She is an embarrassment, a crook, a boil on the ass of AKC...Lance it get her out of our events and CLUBS.

If the American Kennel Club will not assist in the safe return of Diva to her rightful owners, insist that all humans with dogs registered under the AKC registry treat those animals with dignity and the respect all God’s animals deserve then what is the point AKC why do you exist? To ensure what??? Because you are sadly missing your goals if you allow this to continue without repercussions to the those people holding Diva after the rightful owner has made in no uncertain terms the request to return her home.
