I believe that he should have either been removed from the home , or taken to jail. He should not been able to stay there due to the charges he had already gotten prior to the cops coming.

An independent investigation needs to be done to ensure procedures were followed! They will not investigate there own without predjudice!

I lived with this man for almost 2yrs I know what he is capable of! Justice needs to be served and with his record on Domestic Violence something should have been done along time ago instead of it leading to this happening!!!

No woman deserves to have this happen. When she asked for help and they turned a blind eye to her. The system let her life be taken from her. They failed her now a beautiful soul is lost to this. They failed the community and have made us lose faith in their protection. May you rest in peace Debbie

Such a sad ending . Domestic violence can't be taken lightly . If someone would have step in and done something for me the first time it would have saved me 5 years of abuse . Thankfully I escaped .
