She deserves justice. Has nothing been learned from Lisa Knick? Appears the police have a short memory for such things. http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:nkXUfrDK_IQJ:openjurist.org/4/f3d/988/vincent-v-city-of-lexington+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

Justice needs to be served. If the police would have removed him during the first call out for help Debbie would still be alive today. He should have been put in jail until court date or a bond. A protective order should have been served whether debbie wanted to or not being it was a call of domestic abuse. In this case a life was taken not an officer all because somebody failed to do their job & help served the community.

This woman deserves justice. Her husband should've been removed from the home and she would still be alive. Even if he wasn't arrested he should've been ordered to leave the residence. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

This all could have been prevented. It's sad. The family and friends are in my thoughts. Domestic violence calls/reports should be taken seriously.

SO sad. There needs to b laws for domestic violence like the laws for drugs & alcohol, where a person is held in jail for a significant time period aftr the alledged crime. Most ALL assaults domestic or not ppl are processed & released. U should not b able to harm another human being & face little to no consequences for their actions.

Prayers for this family! I pray for peace and understanding in this terrible situation and during this time of loss for this family. I feel that when you are sworn in as a police office and you swear to serve and protect that is what you should do. Serve and protect! Not just put on a badge to 'go to work'.
