My son was murdered in 2002, in Virginia, there was no bond set at all, it was cold blooded murder, he got shot, with a 30ot6, blew his head off, of course the guy said it was self defense, but my son didn't have no weapon either, so for this judge to let this guy out on bond, is totally wrong, if you and his family don't fight for him, no one in the judicial systems will. My thoughts and prayers still go out to all of his family.

Please get this bond revoked. This is so unfair for everyone involved. This was pure plain and simple premeditated MURDER. He should never even been let out on bond. As it is always said if your want to get away with murder come to West Virginia. And this is what's happened!

i was outraged at this happening, there should be no bond at all. he killed this man! Justice for David and his family!
I am sadden for the lost of a son, father and friend. I have no orders to describe a crime such as this. I think Martin L. King said it best... Have we not come to such an impasse in the modern world that we must love our enemies - or else? The chain reaction of evil - hate begetting hate, wars producing more wars - must be broken, or else we shall be plunged into the dark abyss of annihilation.
