This man should be in jail. I don't care if he had no prior record. He didn't run a red light, he took someone's life and a $50,000 bond for murder is a joke. Revoke his bail ASAP.

Anyone admitting they knew they were shooting an unarmed man doesn't deserve to go home on bail and spend the holidays with his family while David's son, family, and friends visit a gravesite! Regardless of prior records or anyones personal feelings of the gunman or the victim NO bond should be allowed. He is a confessed murderer. Praying for the family and for all the children this has hurt!
