Bond factors are risk to the community and flight risk. A man who admits cold blooded murder of an unarmed man is a major risk to this community. What if someone starts an argument with him again? We've seen what he is capable of. There are no set of conditions that can ensure the safety of the community from an admitted killer. Same judge gives low level drug dealers more a higher bond amount. And why didn't the Prosecuting attorney fight for higher bond amount???
