Record or no record a murderer does not belong on our streets walking free and being able to enjoy himself!! His son,the Bailey family and the community has lost a beautiful soul ,one of Gods creatures that had a beautiful heart and soul!!this man knew David had no gun and still went to his car and got his gun with no hesitation or second thought on taking David's life!! He should never be able to walk free or do as he wishes again!! He made sure that David was no longer here to kiss his son goodnight or give his family a hug!! The community is heart broken over this!!

he should be put under the jail!...he admitted to retrieving the weapon from his car and knowing the victim was unarmed and he unloaded the gun on him while he ran away...and then left the scene of the crime which i thought was illegal and get a low bond for cooperating. why is he at home with his family!?!

Our families are not a late related. I support David family. For no one should die this away. Cannot believe that our justice system has let someone on bond for this crime.
