Prior record or not there has to be a thought of public danger to allow a man who stated he shot a man he knew was unarmed in the chest and the back. You can't claim self defense if you leave and come back that is premeditated murder.

No excuse for violent action of this sort. There should be no freedom for this hideous action. It is irresponsible of the court to allow such an individual roam free.

I didn't know the victim but my wife went to school with him and his sisters. Praying for his family to find comfort and for justice to be served so he didn't die in vain.

The perp KNEW David was unarmed. Shot him in the back like a coward, and gets to go home and spend the Holidays with family like it never happened. Meanwhile a 7 year old boy will never see his father again and the killer is home. I have NO faith in our judicial system after this.

David's shooting was totally uncalled for. How can you gun donw a unarmed man and get away with it. Justice needs to be served. I was a first time offender to and served 3 years for a conspiracy charge! WTF is wrong with our judicial system.

A man that admits to shooting an unarmed man. Should never be free to breathe free air.

One's prior criminal record, or lack thereof, is not the only factor a court should look at in determining bond. The details of this crime show clear premeditation. Bond should have been denied when he admitted shooting an unarmed man 5 times. No wonder so many people have such a poor opinion of our legal system.

David was a classmate of mine. He was the most generous and thoughtful person you would meet. His life was cut way too short by a senseless and selfish act. Please sign the petition so we can get justice for David.
