Total trash behavior. No kid deserves that kind of treatment. Refund the money and get rid of this guy.
11 years old?! Are you kidding me? Coaches are there to mentor not tear kids down. Fire him.

What an absolute disgrace. That man should never be allowed near a field again let alone around children. My son would never go back to that team.
