Please do not release this monster back into our community. He received a life sentence and that’s what he should get… Life in prison. The letter he wrote to his victims family almost sounds like he is gloating by describing what he did to this poor innocent child. Please do not grant parole.

It’s scary to think that someone that has been denied release seven times before could be released on a technicality. Clearly enough people have given their opinion that he should not be among the general public. I wouldn’t want this person walking the same streets as me or any other productive member of the public.

I remember with this when this happened what it did to the family the brutality up at this man should not be let out. If he was in my neighborhood I would not feel safe for myself or my family and friends.

We only hear from one side that they were arguing. What could you have been arguing about to go as far to strangle little Danny. I can’t imagine Danny’s frightening little face begging to go home.
You have served many years, but Danny has lost those years with his family & having a career, family for himself. So sad.
