8 years ago Daniel and Jade where taken out in a car by a care worker , who then drove his car at speeds in excess of 70mph in a built up 40 mph area . He lost control and hitting a lamppost killing both passengers, and attempting to run away leaving the teens dying in the car .
He was charged and taken to court , but through a technicality , the case was thrown out , even the the coroners report stated unlawful killing.
Daniel and Jade's parents have been fighting for justice ever since , and although they have repeatedly approached lawyers and MP's , and gone through all the legal system over and over , they have now been told it is too late to appeal .
If you think this is a travesty , and agree with us that this care worker , who was in a position of trust , should face justice , then sign this petition and pass the story on to your friends and family .thankyou
